Missing All Desktop Icons

All desktop icons were deleted from the desktop. Unable
to retrieve. Does anyone have or know a fix for this.
 
Check your recycle bin. You might get lucky.

Do you use profiles (for multiple users)? If yes, any chance you're logged on
as someone else?

Have you ytied to boot from last known profile ?
 
There is a function in Windows which hides
all desktop icons. I just saw this with one of
my customers. Just click on F1 for help and
search for desktop or icons and you will find
how to unhide the desktop icons.
