Missing Administrative Tools

All of my administrative tools have disappeared from my
administrative tools on the start menu. My system
information is also missing. Can anyone tell me what's
happened??

What changed between the time everything was ok and the time it wasn't?

No Idea?? Just went to use after a couple of days and
gone. No installs and no acidental deletes (to the best
of my knowledge)

Is there a way to reinstall Just these tools??
