I have just installed xp and xpsr1.
All seems fine but my Accessories folder is missing from
the Start Menu. It is showing in explorer and if you go to
add windows components it is already there.

It's real easy to move that folder with an accidental slip of the mouse.
Use Explorer to check the location of the folder. Track it down and drag it
back into place in the start menu hierarchy.

Looking through the various accounts under Documents and Settings, I see
that Default User, the default Administrator account have a barebones copy
of Accessories only. The bulk of the items are in the All Users Start Menu
folders. Programs that I installed for my account only are in my Start Menu
folders.

So once you find that missing folder, you'll probably want to move it to
the Start Menu folders belonging to All Users or to your account.
