Briefcase not available in accessories

Beginner

I used nlite to make a copy of my windows XP where some missing needed
drivers are available to use it for my laptop, then i installed windows, i
had some trouble at first like when i click add remove components (to install
IIS) i got an error ... i fixed this in someway. then found out that the
briefcase isn't available ( at least the functionality). i can create a new
briefcase but i got a regular folder, nothing useful inside it, i don't have
the briefcase menu when i can choose to update ... nor the context menu... so
i tried to reinstall it gone to add remove components --> accessories and
there is no briefcase available in the menu !!! could someone please guide me
how to fix this; how to get the briefcase in accessories ?

Open the folder where you want to create a new Briefcase.
Right-click a blank area in the folder window, point to New, and then click
Briefcase.
A new Briefcase appears. Type a name for the Briefcase, and then copy any
files you want to sync into the Briefcase.
You can also create a Briefcase on your desktop by right-clicking a blank
area on the desktop, pointing to New, and then clicking Briefcase.

I started a post before called "A Briefcase problem: Create a new briefcase
results a regular folder" and i got no answer, no it doesn't works, when i
create a briefcase it doesn't work at all, i am trying to uninstall and
install the briefcase from add remove components so i can use it, but it is
not available, because nlite screwed up with sysoc.inf located under
windows/inf. i just wonder if there is some way to restore the old version of
the file
