Missing Access wizards

Despite installing all the features for Office XP Pro,
when I come use any of the wizards in Access I am given
an error message stating that "the feature isn't
installed or has been disabled". I've checked for any
disabled features and there weren't any. I've also tried
repairing the install and uninstalling and re-installing
to no avail. Can anybody help?

I have the same problem and apparently at least two other people besides us do from my searching on this topic. I've checked for disabled items and un-installed/re-installed all of Office. I've also looked at the knowledge base articles that appear to deal with this: "Nothing happens when I try to start a Microsoft Office Access wizard," "Error message when running Microsoft Access wizards", and not had any success with their fixes. I also had an IT friend look at it and he ran some tests and said it wasn't a hardware problem. I had this problem originally with Access 2002, and just installed Access 2003 yesterday and still have the problem. Please Help!!
