Create New Report Using Wizard Fails

I have just installed MS Office 2003 and when I try to create a report using the wizards I get the following message

This feature isn't installed or has been disabled. I tried installing the wizards again from the CD, then uninstalled and reinstalled Access, then uninstalled and reinstalled Office. No luck. I have checked the About Access in the Help menu and nothing is listed as disabled.

Well, after scrolling through seemingly infinite
postings, i found reference to updating the Jet 4.0
Database. Thanks to Eric Butts with MS Access Support.

I downloaded Service Pack 8 and my wizards are working -
hurray!
