minimize a window and can not restore it while online

when i go online and i minimize a web page to my task bar i can not restore the window nor can i close it from my task bar
by right clicking the mouse.i then have to open my task manager and end taks for that window.if anyone has any anwsers
for this problem i would like to know how to fix it. thx lowin

This happens when the task hangs, that is when the Task Manager reports that
the task is no longer responding. Fix the task and your problem will
disappear!
