Minimising windows

When I minimise windows in my XP environment, they disappear, and do not
appear on my task bar. I have to find them again using ALT TAB. I am one of
four accounts using this computer, and it only happens to me. As far as I can
recall, it started after I applied SP2. Can any one help with this?
