Minimising to system tray - MS Outlook 2003

Click the icon in the system tray and check "Hide When Minimized".

I can tell how in Outlook 2003. Outlook 2000 will NOT do that and I don't
know about other versions.

2003:
1) Right click on the system tray icon.
2) Click on "Hide when minimized".
