mini dump

my problem is that from nowhere windows crashes in a
blue screen telling me that is a mini dump of memory and
when i try to turn on the computera few minutes later
crashes again doing the same thing. i scaned the computer
for viruses but theres nothing please i need help

The fact that a memory minidump occurred tells you nothing except what you
already know -- that there was an error. It is the name of the error
condition and its 8-digit number that help you determine the actual error
condition, and that's what we would need to help you troubleshoot it.

reading, because it covers possible recent changes in your computer that may
be responsible) and for a look at how these error messages are labelled and
how to troubleshoot individual ones:

Hi,

Start/run eventvwr.msc, check the system and application logs for error
messages. Sometimes, the help & support links within them can lead to an
answer. Otherwise, post back here with what you find.

Check the temp of your processor also. If it overheats because the fan has stopped or the heatsink is blocked up with fluf this will cause a blue screen, seen it twice now

If it is overheating, a nice paintbrush to get the dust moving and the small nossle of your vacume cleaner (Once you release the dust you want it out) or some compressed air....
