Migrating NT4 SBS to W2K AD

I have 1* PDC /only 1* domain,40 users/ NT4 SBS server with Exchnage 5.5 .

What is correct idea for migration to W2K server with AD,DNS and Exhange
5.5 ?

Install new w2k server and use ADMT2 for transfer from PDC?

Its possible connect Exch.5.5 from SBS to anything Exch. server ?

As SBS server does not support trusts, you can't use ADMT to transfer your
accounts. You will have to go with different path:

1. Install a second PC, and install NT4.0, as a BDC.
2. Transfer all the data from the original PC to the second. 3. Disconnect
the original Server.
4. Promote the second PC to a PDC.
5. Upgrade the second PC to Windows2000.

This is about the best option you have.

Its is possible connect SBS PDC + Exhange 5.5 and BDC -Excha. 5.5 and
transfer mailboxes ? Can Exchnage "in SBS" connect with anythimg mail
server ?

In your case I would use Exmerge program, to extract mailboxes from one
system and import it to another.
