Migrating from Act 2000

Microsoft states that it supports importing contacts from Act 2006 - 2009.
Does it support imports from earlier versions of ACT specifically ACT 2000?
The database is still in the same .dbf format.

Sean, I have the same question using Outlook 2000. I really do not want to
drop $195 for software for this one time conversion.
