Migrate calendar from MS Works to Outlook 2007

I just got Office Enterprise 2007.
How can I migrate the calendar from MS Works 7.0 to Office Outlook 2007?

I believe Works can export its calendar in tab-delimited values or a vCalendar
format. You can import these formats into Outlook.
