micrsoft broadband software errors at boot

Help Please Computer down no internet access. 5 other
systems no trouble just one. Getting 169.254 address. Nic
seems fine. No network or inet connection. Keep getting
at boot the following error.
the instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at
0x00000000. The memory could not be read
click ok to terminet the program

Please help my last alternative is to reload. To much to
loose.

If your computer is getting a 169.254 address, something is not fine. The
NIC, the router, or the connection between the two is faulty.

Regarding your error message, look at the Event Viewer and see if there are
more details on the error.
