Microsoft XP - Shareing Problem

I have just installed XP on 8 machines, and i have also
put together a network of all 8, the problem i am having
is that 4 of the machines cannot see some of the other
machines, and 4 machines can see everything. This has
baffeled me as i havent done anything different 2 the
machines that can see everybody, and to the machines that
cant see everybody.

Would like some help please as my boss is going to kill me
otherwise.

repair person with networking experience to come and fix your network.
