microsoft works

is there a way to toggle between operating systems - ms
works and ms windows?

have some works files that i need access to. i've tried
the works converter with no success.

Works is an application package, not an OS. If you can install it on
your windows system you can use those files. If the "works converter"
isn't working you may have other problems. Perhaps there is a MS Works
newsgroup where you can get better help?
