I'm making a www.com list in Microsoft WORD, & can't remember which icon I
used before to "alphabetize" the list, occasionally", can some one "refresh
my memory", on this...? Thank You in advance...

Assuming each entry is in its own paragraph, select the list and use Table |
Sort | By Paragraphs.

Hi Suzanne, thank you for answering my question, no, I wasn't trying to do "paragraphs", just single lines, I happened to find it again in the "Q&A" page, in "Table" on the "tool bar", in the drop menu, the "A to Z", control was what I was looking for.. I just forgot how to do it, I had a "senior moment"... ha ha.....Don

You can't sort "single lines" unless each one is a separate paragraph, and
Table | Sort | By Paragraphs *means* "Choose Sort on the Table menu, then By
Paragraphs in the Sort dialog," so you have done exactly what I suggested.
