Microsoft Word 2003 resticting number of pages allowed to print

I am a resource specialist for a not for profit Youth Employment and Resource
Centre. We have a computer lab that our clients can use and print off
resumes, cover letters etc.. The trouble is paper gets wasted a lot by people
printing things that they shouldn't be.

So I was wondering if there is a program out there for Word 2003 that would
allow us to restrict the number of pages a person can print each time they
open the program?
 
No, not Word. You can Google for: restrict number of pages to print
and you'll come up with hits for some Print Managers.
