Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SBSI

Since I updated, I am unable to get the audio to my Learn XP program. Trouble
shooter was no help at all. The Microsoft web site is of no help. I am such a
novice that I do not know where to go or what to do to resolve my problem. Is
help out there? Where?

Thanks for considering my request.
 
Could it be that the driver for your audio hardware needs updating in order
to work with SP2? Worth looking into.

I have windows xp and dsl more times then not if I leave for awhile and come
back windows will not open and I have to restart
