In November, Dell arranged for my Hard Drive to be
replaced.
With the help of a Dell Technician, I installed
Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Drivers and Utilities,
Voice Modem Software etc.
Since then, I haven't been able to view:
Windows XP Step By Step Interactive (SBSI) training
program.
