Interactive Learning has no audio/video

MS Windows XP Home Edition SBSI - Audio for interactive
training shows a box for video/audio and a box for text
but the box for video/audio is blank. I see the
syllabus.cdx file in
C:\WINDOWS\Help\SBSI\Training\database but do not have the
program that opens .cdx files. QUESTION: what is the
program that opens these tutorial files? Please help.
