Muddled Computer Illiterate

I am a 65-year old new user trying to access the "Text
Only" mode of learning (syllabus) in the MS Interactive
Training Tutorial. The "Audio" mode is too fast for me to
absorb anything I don't already know. When I go to select
a syllabus window in the tutorial, only one is listed as
being on the system. There are three modes with bull's
eyes shown as possible options but only one (Audio) is
available to me. Please advise on how I can access
the "Text Only" OR "Text and Audio" options.

You log into the microsoft interactive training. Then you get to pick a syllabus. Click on one and select which method of training you want to use from the 3 options below the list of syllabi. Hope this helps
