Microsoft Windows Update Page

Can anyone in here tell me if the Microsoft Windows Update page is
accessible? I've been trying for about a week, but no luck. I keep getting
" The page cannot be displayed " Could it be possible that I have a virus
that is blocking me from accessing this page??
