Microsoft Windows Media Services plugins

I just got a new/used PC. All my Windows Media Player music files seem to be
still there, but when I try to download the "license" required to play them,
I get this: "Your Netscape browser does not have Microsoft Windows Media
Services plugins"

What does this mean and where do I get them?
