Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer.msi

Where can I get this? I running XP Pro SP2. When I try running the setup
program for Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer that I downloaded from
microsoft, it asked for the msi file. It's nowhere to be found on my
computer.
