Microsoft Update - XP

Hi, There,

Please help me out. I've been trying to get updates for
XP Pro, but keep getting an error saying that the service
is not avaialable. Error code is ox80072f78.

My email address is blightley(remove this)@amplats.co.za.

please help, because trying to get help out of MS is a
pain in the neck.
