Microsoft Suspected Spyware, cannot submit report!

I sometimes use a Free Scanning Service called Spy

Sweeper.
Webroot Software - Spy Audit

I scan my system and it keeps giving me the report

that the following Adware is on my system:
Hotbar
Startpage

I have used the Microsoft Suspected Spyware

Reporting Tool to report a possible spyware problem

to Microsoft!

When the scanning is finished I cannot submit the

report to Spynet. I get the following report: an error

occurred submitting the scan results. Please check

your Internet proxy settings and try again!

So far, we suspect it's an issue with the server(s) you're trying to
send the report to. Keep trying and see if it eventually does go
through. What kind of connection to the net are you using ?

Run HijackThis, SCAN your system and SAVE LOG then send me
the log.
