Need help

1.Try to sent a suspect spyware reporting tool scan but
it says an error has occured submitting the scan report
please check your Internet proxy settings. Well thase
have never given me no hassle before any ideas.

2. Favourite folder full of crap that i cannt delete
suspect it is from mysearhnow web

try booting into safe mode and delete the crap from the favourite folder

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam.
