Suspected Spyware reporting tool problem

I tried use the tool to submit a report containing some
spyware threats that were missed by the Beta version of
Anti Spy ware and got the error message :"An error occured
submitting the scan results. Please check you internet
proxy settings and try again. I do not use a
proxy server, so I don't understand that error message.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

The issue lies with the server you're attempting to connect to. Just
keep trying and it *will eventually* go through.

Well, sometimes that's true--but other times it is specific to the machine,
and I don't have a fix. I do now have a test box with the symptom to work
with, though.
