So I've been trying to submit a email support ticket for a few weeks, I have
a valid Product Identification Number but whenever I fill out my Name and
Email and click on "Submit" I'm told that the servers aren't working
correctly and to try again in a few minutes.

If someone could somehow fix this so I can gain some support for my Valid
Microsoft Product that would be great.

Sincerely,
Cody

PS: I Tried emailing the Managers Email for support and no one responded,
it's been two weeks.

Are you using IE to do this or some other browser?

M could be on to something...

Several WWW sites that have microsoft in the address will only work
properly if you are using Internet Explorer. You must play by their
rules!

Tried Internet Explorer 7, 8, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome, safari, none of
them work, it's a problem on Microsofts end.

And if you use another machine to submit your Support Request?

What's the problem and what MS application is involved?
