Microsoft Shared Fax Mail Transport Missing!

I Cannot find 'Microsoft Shared Fax Mail Transport'.
It's not there as a Service option to add to outlook.
Therefore we cannot send faxes via Outlook; one of the reasons we went for SBS.
We're using W2k SBS and a W2003 Server as a Terminal Server, with approx 20 clients.
We can receive faxes OK, and send using the Wizard.
'Fax Mail Transport' is there but I don't think we want that!
Can't find it in add/remove programs/windows components.
Also: In 2003 server; Start/programs/accessories/communications/fax/fax service manager; I get the error: "Could not open connection to fax service. Fax Service might not be started" etc...But it is!
Press OK and it opens anyway.
please help!

Please explain the scenario a bit more. You have clients connected to SBS2k
and WS2k3 servers. From the Clients, you are trying to send faxes using the
shared Fax using Send Fax Wizard, correct? Where are you seeing 'Fax Mail
Transport'? Is it in the Send Fax Wizard or in Outlook?

Thanks,
Anand
