microsoft shared fax client#2

i posted a question about this yesterday got serveral responses I found the
folder deleted the file so now I should be able to run xp on my computer
right well i cant it still comes up saying i have to remove it I went in and
double checked in dos and the folder and contents are gone so why does it
still block me?

May I suggest that you try doing a clean install so that it does not
matter what is there on your HD! However, before doing this, you will
need to backup your personal data such as email, files and pictures.
Also you will need details of your ISP to get you connected.
