microsoft scanner and camera wizard doesn't work

When I plug in my sony handicam, XP recognizes it and
gives me several options. One is "copy pictures to a
folder on my computer using microsoft scanner and camera
wizard." Usually I click "ok" and it takes me to the
wizard... BUT today when I click ok,,, the window
disappears as normal but the wizard never comes up.... I
was going to try to uninstall the wizard and reinstall
but I see no options for that... In fact I do not see
where the wizard is accessable...

HELP!!!
 
You could try starting the S&C Wizard manually: Its under Accessories in the
All Programs menu (Start menu).
