Microsoft Power Options

Does anyone know how to shut off Microsoft Power Options?

I am using a Toshiba Satelite and want to use their Power management but
cannot find a way to shut off Microsofts
 
Hope this doesn't sound like too simplistic a question, but, do you know how
to change the screensaver?
Right-click on any empty part of the destop, pick "properties," then "screen
saver." At the bottom of that box you'll see an option to change the power
management scheme. Did you get that far?
