Microsoft photoeditor

Does anyone know how to launch Photo Editor in Windows
2000?, when I try to open a JPG file windows is
automaticaly launching Explorer but I can;t find the way
to force it to open it with PhotoEditor. Neither I can
find the Photoeditor Icon?, Any Thoughts??

Actually this is an Off Topic post since Photo Editor is a Microsoft Office sub-product and
is NOT a part of Win2K. However I'll be a nice guy on Veteran's day.

Here is where Photo Editor is:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\PHOTOED.EXE"

Right Click on a JPG (or JPEG) file
Choose "Open With"
Choose "Choose Program"
click on "always use this program to open these files"
chose "Other"
Copy the following: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\PHOTOED.EXE"
and paste it in.
Click on "Open"
Then "Ok"
