In my place of business, I have an end-user (using w2K)
that is unable to open JPG files. The other day, I
applied a Photo Editor fix to his PC (reinstalls photo
editor I guess) and he opened his JPGs fine. Today, he is
unable to open them again. Is there another fix to apply
to his PC.

a

right click a jpg, click open with and make sure its
microsoft photo editor, or if you want something different
use IE, then just make sure the always use this program to
open this type of file box is checked

Does the user have MS Office or Word installed? If so, run the setup again and look for Graphic Filters and install them.
