Microsoft patch for Tash Scheduler

I am having difficulty with McAfee. I cannot schedule a
schedule scan. McAfee support told me to contact
Microsoft and obtain support stating that I need the hot-
fix for article Q812400 and upcoming article Q812960.
Where do I get this update and how do I get it.

In order to obtain the hotfix, you'll have to contact Microsoft support,
