Microsoft Outlook

I can not get Microsoft Outlook to open. It keeps telling me that Outlook
failed to start correctly. Starting in safe mode will help correct or isolate
the start up problem. I choose to do that and it ask me if I would like to
detect and repair, I say yes and I still cannot open Microsoft Outlook.
 
No I cannot reinstall. I have tried everything. I have never used Microsoft
Outlook, but need to because of my Palm.
