Microsoft Outlook

About a month ago, Outlook slowed down dramatically. It
now take 5 seconds or longer to open a new message, or do
almost any other action, whereas it used to be
instantaneous. Any thoughts?

Open Microsoft Outlook and from the Toolbar select:
HELP > DETECT and REPAIR....

After the repair is completed, visit http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/default.aspx
and install any available updates applicable to your Outlook or Office program.
