Microsoft Outlook will not open

Hello.

Microsoft Outlook 2000, Windows 2000.

Microsoft opens and then hangs.

I have tried opening in outlook /safe

I have renamed outcmd.dat to outcmd.old. I am still have the same
problem.

I have also ran scanpst to check errors for my .pst file, but it will
not run. I have to close it down in the Task Manager.
