Microsoft Outlook Task Sub-Folder Reminders...

Hi!

What i'd like to do is this:
1) Organize Tasks with multiple sub-folders/tasks so that all the
sub-tasks issue "reminders" as well as the "main" tasks.
2) For example, i have a project called "401 Deployment". The
project as a whole is due 9/25/04. I want to set a new task with that
title with a general due date of 9/25/04. Then, i want to list a
series of "sub-tasks" with due dates within that timeline such as: a)
Contact team leaders for initial meeting (due 6/5), b) Develop
curriculum for first trial run (due 7/1), c) Set filming schedule and
confirm availability of rooms (due 8/15), d) Final draft of curriculum
due for discussion facilitators for evaluation (due 9/15).
3) Right now, i'm doing elaborate titles to "group" things in the
main category and still get the reminders. For instance, in the
example sited in 2), i'm doing stuff like: 401 Deployment/Contact
team leaders/initial meeting. It's getting laborious keeping track of
all the micro-tasks when they're on the same display as the
macro-tasks, but i really want and need for the micro/sub-tasks to
issue reminders as well as the macro/main tasks.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Thanks!
