Task Reminders too far in advance

Can anyone help me? I have tons of tasks in Outlook 2003 SP3. When I log
in, the Reminder box opens up and ALL tasks are displayed, regardless of when
they are due (e.g. Task XX, Due in 6 weeks, Task YY, Due in 2 days, etc.).

Can I change a setting so that only tasks which are scheduled for completion
today (or that are overdue) show up as Reminders? Otherwise I have to try to
boil the ocean.

I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you. That's what I came on here for.
I'm having the same problem and it's driving me crazy. I don't want to see
what's due in 7 hours. I want the reminders to pop up 15 mins before the
appt. and say that the item/appt/task is due in 15 mins.

If they're sitting there in front of me all day, it entirely defeats the
purpose of setting a task reminder to pop up and interrupt me, in time to
prepare for said task/appt.

I don't see any solutions posted, so I'll keep watching for someone
brilliant to tell me how to fix this. I never had this problem in Outlook
2003. They popped up when I had set them to pop up.

Grrrrr!
