Microsoft outlook stopped working and closing itself how to fix it

when ever I try to open outlook it opens okay then it says it stopped working
properly and close itself off. How to fix this problem. I tried usuall ways
including uninstalling and reinstalling programme.
Please help

Raody: I followed the tips in the link you povided. Disabling the addons in
the safe mode, solved the proble. Then, following the instructions to enable
them one at a time, my culprit was Plaxo. PROBLEM SOLVED!! Really appreciate
the help,
