Microsoft Outlook Programming book

Dear Sue,

You are the author of books called Microsoft Outlook Programming. Although I
am far from a computer wiz, I need to learn better how to work with Outlook
and in particularly “Contactsâ€. With my wife I have a medical practise
(gynaecology) in France. Instead of buying an of the shelf product and have
an inflexible expensive software for the patient databases (EMR electronic
medical records). We decided to develop our own form under Outlook contacts.
I invested hours and hours and little by little we are having now a form that
suits us. This form has all the fields what we need for a patient visiting
our practise.

Our practise in France and my wife is from Argentina and I am Dutch. The
area we are serving is a mountain area with a large country community with
low salary people. This is one of the reasons we can’t afford highly
expensive of the shelf / specialized EMR software.

I need to invest more of my (limited time) into learning better Outlook. We
plan to install Office 2007 next year. Do you advise me to buy your book
Microsoft Outlook Programming 2003 of 2007.

Thank you for your advises.

Wouter

Congratulations on making the most of the resources you have available! If
you're moving to Outlook 2007, then you might want to go ahead and get my
latest book so you can preview what new programmability features will be
available to you when you upgrade and begin thinking about how you might use
them. You can get a copy of the full outline from the link in my signature.
