Microsoft outlook error

How can I fix th following errors. What is it?
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is
unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no.
Allow Access: Yes NO":Then, dropdown with amount of
time.

I am not using any type of PDAs or anything. Please
help. Thanks.
