Microsoft outlook data lost

Hi,

I lost all my mail messages due to a manipulation error
that I made (I think I moved the file by mistake). I am
using outlook and I still have a copy of the files
called "Outook" and "archive" of type "Office Data File"
that were in user/local Settings/Application
Data/Microsoft/Outlook.

How can I recover my old mail messages (if possible).

If you have the 2 PST files in Outlook you can to an Import.

From the File menu Click "Import and Export..", then select "Import from
another program or file", then select "Personal Folder File (.pst)".

You will need to import each of them separately.
