microsoft outlook crash after closing

When i close microsoft outlook 2000 it comes up with "Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience."
everytime, how can i stop this?

Try detect and repair from the Help menu. Are you running any Add-Ins or
synchronization software for a handheld (Palm for example)? Do you have AV
scanning your incoming and outgoing mail?

I have tried detect and repair, and have also uninstaled and reinstaled the
softwere. turned off AV nothing seems to work also no Add-Ins or
synchronization software
