microsoft outlook cannot move item

I can not move items from one folder to another in Outlook, I get the
following message, cannot move item

There are also emails hung up in the Outbox, still there after 1 hr
but they go thru to and they go thru everytime. I sent myself an email
(different email account) for a test and I got it 5 times and the
email still shows in outbox. Also no emails come in. When I try to
delete these items for outbox I get the erroer message, cannot move
item and if I try to move item from inbox to subfolder I get the same
message.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is far more to your story than you are telling. List the steps you
used to corrupt your Outlook profile. Be sure to include your Outlook
version and mail account types when you provide the steps needed to
reproduce your problem.
