As soon as an email is sent to more than one address, the mail to the first
addressee is received correctly in HTML format with correct signature and
with any attachments sent are received. BUT, the remainder of the recipients
receive the email in plain text, signature in wrong format and NO
attachments. I have been battling with this for 6 weeks on a brand new Asus
laptop. Now into week 7. No I.T. person of many that I have spoken to has
been able to assist. Service Pack 1 downloaded without any result. Called
Microsoft, they referred me to Asus and Asus are not interested and do not
offer software support. If anyone can help me, please... I will be forever
grateful!
Thanx
Annie

are all the addresees set to receive mail in html format?

are the addresses in the To: or CC or BCC ?

Hi Sulasno

Yes - all addressee's are correctly set to receive in html.
It also makes no difference whether they are in the To:, CC or BCC fields -
I have tested all this and it makes no difference.

As soon as there is more one recipient, it causes this.

I have also noted that the message "sends twice" - i.e. when I click "send",
it shows 2 messages to be sent and processes the mail twice.

It was suggested the Nortons could be the problem but I have removed Nortons
and this still persists - so I have elminated that as a possibility too.
