Microsoft Outlook 2003

Last week I had several updates & some for Microsoft Outlook 2003. Ever since
then I have had a problem with my Default e-mail? I have 14 e-mail address &
all the rest work fine!
I have delete this Pop3 address then re-created it & still I am unable to
receive any e-mails Error 0x8004210E.
I have contacted my service provider & they say it must be something with
the last update? I then deleted this address from my server & re-created it &
still I do not receive any? I can go to my Web mail & collect then without
any problems?
I am using XP pro with Panda anti virus
Can any one please help!!

What is the complete error message? (You can disguise any email
addresses - but we shall need to know the part after the @ symbol).

Incidentally have you tried
a) running the repair tool (Help, Detect and Repair)
b) reinstalling Outlook in Add/remove Programs?

Message reads "error 0x8004210e your mailbox is temporarily unavailable
because another email message is being delivered to it or another mail
application is accessing it. The server responded ERR box is locked."

This cannot be true, as I can then go to my web mail for this address &
there may be e-mails there but nothing great! Log out & still gat the same
message on

Today my e-mail has started to come into my Microsoft Outlook address that I
have been having a problem with? This is the first time in the last 6 days.
Again I have not changed anything. Spent over 2 hours, in many phone calls to
my service provider. They could not find anything wrong with the settings on
there side?

Tried all this yesterday & still no good!

E-mail is working this afternoon, just out of the blue E-mails downloaded
onto my Pc
